Reservations and Stays
How do I book a pitch or rental?
After any additional phone inquiries, book online via our website. Payment with certain credit cards offers cancellation insurance, don’t forget!
What are the arrival and departure days and times?
Camping pitches: Flexible arrival and departure days (anytime), bookings from 2 nights.
Rentals: Arrivals on Wednesdays, Saturdays, and Sundays from 4:00 PM. Departures before 10:00 AM.
Can I modify or cancel my reservation?
Modification: Depending on availability and possible rate differences, contact us.
Cancellation: We recommend taking out cancellation insurance for peace of mind.
What is the minimum stay duration?
The minimum stay is 2 nights for pitches and rentals.
Pitches and Accommodations
What type of equipment is allowed on the pitches?
Our pitches are suitable for almost all types of equipment: tents, caravans, and motorhomes. Specify your needs when booking so we can assign you the most suitable pitch. Contact us in advance for special cases (e.g., very large sizes).
Are the pitches shaded?
Yes, all our pitches are located in a shaded terraced woodland.
Are the Esprit Lodges tents equipped with sanitary facilities?
No, the Esprit Lodges tents use the camping’s modern and recent sanitary facilities, the “Maisons d’eau”.
Are the holiday rentals (Esprit Cabanes, Mobile Homes, Esprit Lodges, La Maison d’à Côté) equipped with air conditioning?
No, our accommodations are not equipped with air conditioning. Our shaded natural environment guarantees pleasant coolness, and the pools and rivers make the difference!
Rates and Payments
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept payments by bank card, holiday vouchers, and cash.
Are tourist taxes included in the rates?
No, tourist taxes are not included in our rates and must be paid upon arrival, as well as any waste disposal fees.
Facilities and Services
What facilities are available on-site?
- Water park with covered and heated pool, large outdoor pool, two slides, paddling pool, and sun loungers.
- Restaurant-bar-snacks with shaded terrace, takeaway meals, ice cream, and bakery service on reservation.
- Tennis court, city stadium, trampoline, ping-pong, pétanque, children’s playground, cardio bike, phone charging cabin.
- 2 sanitary blocks, modern and recent sanitary facilities (hot showers, dishwashing area, and laundry).
Is the campsite accessible to people with reduced mobility (PRM)?
Our campsite is terraced on a wooded hill, which can make some access difficult. Contact us before booking so we can find a suitable solution.
Is there Wi-Fi access?
Yes, 4G works on the campsite, and free Wi-Fi is available on the terrace.
Activities and Surroundings
What activities are offered on-site?
- Sports: Tennis, mountain biking, hiking, pétanque, trampoline.
- Water area: Pool, slides, paddling pool.
- Events: Apéro-concerts in high season.
What tourist activities do you recommend nearby?
- Canoeing on the Vézère or Dordogne.
- Cultural visits: Lascaux Caves, castles, medieval villages.
- Hiking: GR 36, marked trails.
Pets
Are pets allowed?
Yes, pets are allowed under conditions of behavior compatible with the campsite and other campers (on a leash, vaccinations up to date if necessary). A supplement may apply.
